Senior Full Stack Developer (JS, AWS)

The position is for the development of a real estate brokerage digital cloud-based platform named Pave (our offshore client). We are looking for an experienced full-stack engineer in building production web applications, ideally with 3-5 years of hands-on experience.

Pave is a tech-enabled real estate brokerage allowing our community of property owners to transact and manage properties around the world in a digital cloud-based environment. We've formally launched the platform and have partnered with two of Thailand's top-listed developers showcasing their properties to Hong Kong and Singapore-based property buyers.

Job Description

• Contributing to the design and implementation of the overall web architecture
• Developing Back-end and Front-end web applications
• Managing servers and databases for required functionality
• Ensuring optimization and responsiveness of applications for all target platforms
• Designing and developing APIs as required
• Balancing technical and consumer needs for solid and prompt delivery

• At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Back-end development with node.js framework
• Front-end development experience with next.js / react.js frameworks
• Development experience with AWS
• Overall good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good English spoken and written proficiency

Prefer:

• Degree in Computer Science
• Leadership and project management skills

• The core working hours are: Monday-Friday 9.00 am to 6.00 pm.
