Job Description

Manage Retail business in 3 Key E-commerce platform: Lazada, Tiki, Shopee

  • Follow company target and manage to achieve
  • Develop strategies to increase sales, reduce costs and drive conversion rate of our products such as price optimization, coupons, and deals, on-site communication & visibility
  • Manage to increase Retail sentiment & brand score in E-commerce channels Market Insight and business analysis
  • Analyze our product listing data (sales, conversion rate, page views, rankings, pricing, etc.) to determine why products are trending up or down. Share the observations and the proposed strategies to improve the issue
  • Review the movement of competitor and pricing, to understand market trend & make sure our products are the most competitive on the market places
  • Manage price conflict and channel conflict

Sale planning process

  • Collaborate with PM, Marketing team to align and work out Sale plan monthly, quarterly
  • Do sale forecast to delivery target and stock reservation
  • Work out a monthly joint business plan with Dealer to align & deploy campaigns to boost sellout and winning visibility on site
  • Manage ROI to improve the effectiveness of investment

Manage operation task

  • Follow with Sale Admin to complete all operation for sale included: order processing, CI & payout process
  • Dealer AR manage to discipline with company's standard


  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Sales/Marketing or equivalent
  • Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of E-Commerce. Online sales & Operation
  • Skills: English, Business level of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, Problem-solving, Teamwork & Communication skill
  • Attitude: Hard-working, Enthusiastic, Action-oriented, Creative & persistent


  • 100% Salary for Probation
  • Lunch allowance: 35.000 VND/working day
