Job Description
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in managing online business operations on marketplaces, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and optimal performance (Amazon, Shopee, Lazada, etc);
- Create and maintain listings on the marketplace, including product descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory management;
- Regularly set up campaigns and promotional mechanics for various marketplaces, optimizing content to drive customer engagement and sales;
- Participate in the analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs);
- Manage and produce creative content for marketplaces and social media platforms;
- Monitor the health of platform accounts, proactively address any issues or ad-hoc problems, and ensure compliance with platform policies and guidelines;
- Work closely with various teams to ensure smooth operations and effective collaboration;
- Undertake other ad hoc tasks and projects as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines.
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, preferably with familiarity in Amazon operations.
- Well-organized and detail-oriented with good analytical skills and a business-driven mindset.
- Good team player with a proactive and collaborative approach.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
- Good command of both English and Chinese languages.
WORKING TIME
- Monday – Friday: From 08:30 – 17:30
