Job Description
- Gather business and system requirements from the client
- Assist client in defining requirements and suggesting ideas
- Create SRS (System Requirement Spec), Feature List (if needed), UC list and UC detail, GBR (General Business Rules) and wireframe for complex UCs (if needed)
- Assist offshore team in knowledge transfer of existing system
- Work with UI for UI design and screen mockup
- Reviewing and providing the appropriate feedback on the final implementation of the user interface
- Assist PM on project scope, estimation, and planning
- Assist PM on requirement sign off process
- Assist PM in managing project change requests
- Acting as the bridge between client and offshore to clarify the requirement with development team (developers, QC, UI designer) both business and system analysis view as well as the bridge among internal team
- Work with QC to verify that all requirements of the system are fulfilled by the implementation in the traceability manner among requirements, CR, and implementation
- Support UAT in testing, verifying bugs/issues with client
- Review materials (SRS, UC, etc.) from other BA
- Conduct BA new hired training
- Bachelor degree preferably in Computer Science or Business Information System
- At least 5 years of working experience of which 3 year in analyzing requirements
- Obtaining IT knowledge-base
- Excellent communication skill both English, Vietnamese and interpersonal skill
- Basic knowledge of databases such as database schema and simple SQL query
- Knowledge of testing approaches and techniques
- General understanding and experience of business processes as well as an interest to understand a broad range of business models and needs
- Proactive can-do attitude and strong commitment to deadline
- Willing to travel abroad (from 2 to 16 weeks period)
- Specific business domain knowledge is a plus (banking, content management, rebate claim, health care etc.)
