Monitor operation KPIs of sellers currently selling on Thuocsi, across various categories (e.g.cancellation rate, late shipment rate, etc.)
Conduct analysis on root causes and identify operation problem of struggling sellers
Consult with sellers on operation improvement, including education, process optimization and system synchronisation, via multiple channels (calls, casual communication apps, direct face to face visit, etc.)
Design an operations improvement plan for sellers
Execute such plan and reporting to team lead regarding improvement observed or bottlenecks faced during execution
Brainstorm with a team leader to solve operation related issue and improve Thuocsi process
Assist team leader in other tasks assigned
Preferred background in business administration/ supply chains
Have knowledge/ experience in e-commerce industry is a plus
Have a good sense of process understanding and workflow optimization
Good at communication, negotiation and problem-solving
Work independently and proactively take on new responsibilities where most needed
Good at data analysis skills and Microsoft Excel is a big plus
Desire to learn and desire to understand how the world works
