What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in software project management
• Strong familiarity in Jira or other project management software tools, scrum, and agile methodologies, and best practices.
• Strong leadership and facilitation skills to run scrums
• Excellent documentation skills and experiences
• Proven ability to iterate and lead projects into success according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
• Display a strong customer-centric mindset
• Exhibit a strong ability to adapt to a dynamic and ever-changing environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or similar field
• Business level English

What Makes you Stand Out

• Experiences in software development as an engineer
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience working on digital transformation projects
• Previous management experience with SaaS companies
• Business level Japanese.
