Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team supporting large-scale Salesforce implementations in the insurance sector. The ideal candidate has strong experience in Salesforce development, understands Salesforce data model, and has been involved in full-cycle deployments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain custom features using Apex, LWC, Flows, and APIs.
- Work with business teams to design scalable solutions in Sales Cloud / Service Cloud.
- Implement data model designs, automation logic, validation, and triggers.
- Support data migration, integration, and deployment tasks.
- Ensure code quality, maintainability, and compliance with Prudential’s security and audit standards.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce standard/custom objects and metadata structure.
- Experience in at least one full-cycle Salesforce implementation.
- Proficient in English communication.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required. (prefer)
