Job Description
- Working hours: Monday to Friday: 8:15 – 17: 15, Saturday: 8:15 - 12:00 (twice holiday per month).
- Follow required documentation job (quotation, delivery note, sales contract, and invoice etc.) and collect full payment from customers without delay.
- Support to take care current customers.
- Support translation, logistics.
- Create reports as required, draft documents and papers as required by the sales department.
- Report to the manager about once a week.
- Graduated from university majoring in Business Administration, Commerce or relevant majors.
- At least 1 year of Sales experience.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Good in using MS (Excel, Word, PPT).
- Good communication skill in English (speaking, writing, and listening).
- Logical thinking, good skills in communication and presentation.
- Understanding of business principles and customer care;
- Having working experiences in the foreign company, especially for Japanese Company
- Age under 30
- Experience in ICT would be appreciated
