Sales Operation Executive

- Receives and responds to questions and requests from sales team to support specific customer requirements: logistics, sampling, pricing, food safety, product specifications, contracts, etc.

- Maintain new item, new customer information in the company system.

- Monthly, quarterly rebate calculation for customers.

- Controlling sales order for projects and discount…

- Preparing announcement letter of campaign and any other announcement.

- Preparing project documents for customers: certificate of origin, certificate of quality and inbound documents…

- Preparing dealer contract and sales contract for sales transaction. Contract proposal screening (historical perf, checklist) for approval

- Handling sales data and reports, compensation and incentive plans, sales processes, and customer and marketing data

- Make Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly reports to Line Manager

- Other job related to sales transactions.

- Female speak English

- Confident and dynamic personality

- At least 2 years of sales operation/sales admin analytic experience or above

- Being careful, detail-oriented, and keen on working with figures

- Ability to persuade, communicate well and take responsibility for work.

- Skills in capturing market, target customers.

- Salary: The agreement depends on the capacity of the candidate when participating in the interview.

- Working location: Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam

- Working times: From Monday to Friday (8:30 – 18:00)
