Job Description

Working time: 9:00-18:00, Mon – Fri (Sat can negotiate)
Location: Working at Ho Chi Minh city
Set Sales strategy BtoB with Japanese CEO / COO
Operate Sales based on Strategy for selling company products such as Rice-cooker / Stainless bottles and so on.
Hire sales executives and him/her and create team
Train sales executives and lead them.
Make good relationship with clients and get contracts
Discuss with Marketing team to raise revenue

Business level English (Toeic 850)
Having at least 5 years of exp. in MT sale fields, within 3 years in Manager level.
Having exp. or knowledge in household goods industry.
Sales experience of the home appliances, it is a popular name for refrigerators, washing machines, etc.
Those who are passionate about building an organization from scratch
Those who can be patient with sales even if the brand has not grown yet
Those who can properly hire and educate their subordinates
