Develop new customers for Warehousing/ Transportation/ International freight/ Customs solutions … and other end-to-end logistic services including transportation, warehouse services.
Do market research to build proper solutions to win biddings, business plan of the company in each period; suggest price policy; clarify the access directions, appropriate and flexible supporting services for each kind of customer and goods;
Develop close and strong relationships with customers to maintain and grow more business with them.
Conduct regular visits to review service performance with the customers with a focus on service continuous improvement in quality
Maintain high-level executive relationships within the customer accounts
Flexible & actively co-operate with operation teams to work on solutions for optimum costing
Lead internal teams to solve issues of operations and complaints from customers, better services, and provide more supportive services to customers.
Support Sales Director or Managing Director in reporting & other ad hoc tasks.

Have at least 5 experience year (including 3 years’ experiences as a Manager)
