Job Description

  • Identifying and reaching out to new customers and creating sales opportunities
  • Providing suitable solutions and service proposals based on customer needs
  • Managing the sales process, from finding customers to contract negotiation and service delivery
  • Building strong customer relationships and ensuring the quality of services provided
  • Monitoring and reporting sales results, and proposing solutions to increase sales revenue and improve service quality
  • Support the development team to communicate with the client if necessary.
  • Involve in the welcome process when a client visits.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales IT
  • At least 1 year of experience in a Sales Leader/Manager position.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Exceptional presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in English (IELTS 7.0 or higher); native English speakers are preferred.
