- Process customers' orders and follow up with the delivery
- Check and review Sales contracts to ensure the contracts in accuracy in terms of prices, supporting fees and other policies before submitting for signature
- Co-ordinate with sales staff at different sales channels to follow up signing and sending contracts on a timely basis, avoid backdate status
- Prepare, draft, process document and papers, records, contracts, correspondence... of customers and departments;
- Receive information, update data, and operational status of the department accurately and completely;
- In charge of contacting distributors, partners, customers; directly support customers in business activities;
- Handle customer enquiry and feedback related to general sales and logistics issues such as contact points, payment terms, delivery time…; may solve complaint in the most appropriate and practical way
- Gather and consolidate sales data, forecast for sales channels of Domestic Sales team
- Follow up and issue weekly reports on contracts that are going to expire and need renewal
- Complete weekly and monthly sales reports.
- 2 years of experience: Experience in Sales Admin or Sales Support position is preferred;
- Proficient in using MS Office
- Careful, agile, honest, accurate
- Experience at Sales Admin position
- Master Excel and advanced Excel skills, skillful in exporting reports from company systems and master data.
- Skillful in preparing reports on Power Point to ensure the concision and aesthetics in reports in terms of lay-out and image
- Communicative English
