Job Description

Responsible for planning, managing & optimizing campaigns on all digital sales channels of the company: Search (Search), Social Network (Social), Display (Display), Video, . .
Daily performance optimization according to KPIs, data analysis and market trends.
Set up performance tracking & use database analytics and research tools from multiple traffic sources.
Develop online sales channels.
Implement and optimize Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Google ads,...
Optimizing the shop to sell on e-commerce platforms like Shopee, Lazada,...
Synthesize and analyze data to find online shopping trends
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on branding, marketing and e-commerce activities
Track sales, promotions, marketing and social media and digital activities
Track and report business results of data-driven insights
Collect information from retail locations, from the market to analyze and report on fluctuations in sales volume, buying and using trends, and trade marketing moves of competitors.
Develop and implement programs to display points of sale, hang advertising items, etc., and brand activation programs to ensure the outstanding presence of the Company's products (conspicuous, easy to see, easy to use). get, easy to buy) compared to competitors.
Monitor and evaluate POSM display and advertising activities to be fully implemented and on schedule. Interact with Business Units and Internal Units in driving business results.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media or related.
At least 1 year of experience in performance marketing and campaign management.
Improve your optimization skills & understand digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok Google, E-commerce sites)
Proficient in analyzing data, building reports and making strategic recommendations based on data and trends.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work to deadlines.
Strong desire for success and proactive approach to your work.
Creative, professional, honest problem solver and a good team player.
