Recruitment (50%)

• Receive request and liaise with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs
• Source and recruit candidates through online channels, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, TopCV,…
• Be involved in the full cycle recruitment process and exit documents.
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a talent pool.
• Write compelling content and design illustrations for social postings.

Admin (50%)

• Keep records of all materials used for recruitment and offboarding, including interview notes, and related paperwork to share with key stakeholders.
• Ensure all facility and account arrangements for new joiners are made and the appropriate people are informed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or any equivalent majors.
• 6 months of experience as talent acquisition or similar roles
• Basic knowledge of design applications such as Canva,…
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Time management and organization skills
• Willing to learn and share knowledge with others.
