Job Description

  • Develop sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies
  • Design, plan and execute employer branding activities
  • Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast
  • Encourage employees to be brand ambassadors, plan employee referral programs
  • Ensures the selection and placement process are implemented in accordance to Company’s recruitment policy and procedure Manage recruitment programs to ensure that all vacancies are filled up timely
  • Stay abreast of latest trend in labor market for giving insights to sustain the competitive positions of the Company in labor market
  • Build and maintain the candidate database for future recruitment needs execute and develop recruitment and selection processes, find and improve bottlenecks in the recruiting process based on employees experiences
  • Get alignment with the Hiring Manager on the proper selection criteria
  • Determine effective recruitment channels
  • Builds a quality relationship with the recruitment agencies and strategic partnership with local Universities/ College/ Vocational College
  • Conducts job interviews for the managerial job positions (or key jobs in the organization)
  • Manage and develop recruitment team
  • Training Recruitment and Selection Standard Operating Procedure
  • Create and present KPI reports
  • Suggest measures for improving employee retention
  • Other assigned tasks

Requirement

- Education & Qualification Requirements

  • University degree in Human Resources Management or related majors

- Experience Requirements

  • Over 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment or related fields; of which at least 3 years at managerial level
  • Experience in recruitment in manufacturing or big size Company is preferable
  • In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
  • Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods
  • Hands-on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards
