• Understand the company's quality standards and the quality requirements of customers.
• Share and instruct necessary actions with the team and partners to satisfy quality requirements.
• Operate and improve the quality inspection process.
• Set the quality standard plan and execute the necessary strategy to realize the exponential growth of the company platform.
• Establish a team and organization to create a reliable supply chain.
• Resolve issues that come up (defects, delays, accidents).
• Collaborate with other departments for continuous quality improvement.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations.
• Supervise inspectors and provide guidance and feedback.
• Lead a small-to-mid-sized organization and team.
• Train and guide employees to maximize the output of the organization.

• Experience in working at factories, manufacturing sites, or warehouses.
• Set and follow KPI/KGI to maximize the output of the organization.
• Analyze, review and improve workflow to productivity.
• Experience as quality manager.
• Experience in the manufacturing or metal processing industry.
• Experience in developing factory warehouses or supply chains from scratch.
• Knowledge and understanding about drawing manufacturing parts.
• Any relevant experience in quality assurance/standards such as ISO 9000/9001.
• Proficiency in Japanese(JLPT N2+).
• Proficiency in English.
