Purchasing Manager

- Develop, lead and execute purchasing for raw material division.

- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.

- Partner with stakeholder to ensure clear requirements documentation.

- Forecast raw material price and market trend to identify changes of balance in buyer – supplier power.

- Perform cost and scenario analysis and benchmarking.

- Assess, manage and mitigate risks.

- Seek and partner with reliable Vender & supplier.

- Determine Quantity & delivery time.

- Monitor & forecast upcoming demand level.

-  At least 5 years working experience in feed raw material.

-  Proficient with Microsoft Office and other related software.

-  Language: Fluent Business English.
