• Working hours: 07:30 - 17:30 (from Moday to Thursday), 07:30 - 15:30 (Friday).
• Lead purchasing team and responsible for defined target.
• Build and train members to develop team.
• Lead sourcing initiatives/projects with cross functional partners.
• Deploy and develop local and international supplier strategy.
• Responsible for assigned supplier relationship.
• Understand suppliers’ capabilities and performance.
• Develop and shape Internal Business Partner Management.
• Apply lean routines and Continuous Improvement Process methods and tools.
• Allocate capacity and manage associated budgetTracking the status of orders with the suppliers and booking the soonest vessel.

• Bachelor Degree in Industrial/Production Engineering or other equivalent background.
• 7+ year experience in procurement/purchasing/buying for Multinational Corporation (MNC).
• 3+ year leadership experience with a team size of 5 – 10 members.
• Experienced in new setting up or restructuring.
• Familiar with ERP, Oracle system.
• Experience in manufacturing environment (mechanics, automation products).
• Proficiency in English writing and speaking.
• Excellent in price negotiation, contract dealing and supplier management.
• Good communication with internal business partners and suppliers.
