Job Description
- Provide strategic policy advice to internal stakeholders
- Analyze public policy issues and understand the best practices
- Work with policymakers, academics, non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and private sector organizations, including local, regional and international organizations, on various areas
- Represent the company in meetings and public events with policymakers and other stakeholders
- Monitor policies, administrative and/or legislative developments, evaluate the potential impact of legislative, administrative, and other proposals that may affect the company and recommend solutions
- Assist in the development and management of the company's policies on various areas
- Respond to questions and consultations from external stakeholders on relevant policy issues
- 5+ years of Public Affairs experience in Corporate Government Relations or Government.
- Good knowledge of Vietnam’s political and regulatory system, environment and institutions
- Experience working and engaging with policymakers, civil society, non-governmental organizations, and other stakeholders
- Ability to communicate effectively with excellent presentation, writing and public speaking skills
- Good in English and Vietnamese
- Good leadership skills and self-initiative
- Maintain integrity and professionalism
- Ability to handle multi-tasks in a fast-paced and result-oriented environment
- Ability to gather information, analyze and synthesize for reporting purposes
- Proactive team player and with strong interpersonal, planning, organizing and follow up skills
