Project Initiation & Planning
- Develop project charter / project scope
- Work with project members to develop project plans in accordance with Guidelines and gain consensus
- Understanding project interdependencies across their service or project and to account for those dependencies in planning
- Update and provide input to the overall master project roadmaps
- Identify or require skill-set and competencies to ensure that the project needs will be met and securing of such project resources based on project plan schedule
- Lead information gathering and document business, functional and non-functional requirements
- Specify business systems (inputs, outputs, data, human and automated interfaces) to meet information processing objectives
- Recruiting new employees
Project Execution and Control
- Manage and report project schedule including critical path status, impacts and dependencies
- Scope change management
- Proactively address risks & issues, evaluating impact on critical path (if any), and developing / implementing counter measures to prevent reoccurrence
- Ensuring that the resources assigned to the service
- Assess technical risks and keeps team apprised of strategy to provide mitigations
Project Closure
- Facilitating project “Lessons Learned” sessions
- Project Communication
- Facilitate project status meetings with internal team and project stakeholders on a daily basis that includes preparation of a formal meeting agenda, review of project schedule / tasks, discussion of project issues / risks, and documentation of formal meeting minutes / action items
- Develop project status reports and other required artifacts (e.g., progress curves) and report out
- Escalate major risks and issues to management in a timely manner
- Passion for / desire to learn / willing to learn.
- Experience: Have at least 1-2 years of Project Management experience for Associate / over 3 years of experience for Senior.
- English fluently (Work directly with CEO & Head of PM in US).
- Experience developing project plans and managing complex, cross functional projects.
- Ability to navigate through, find clarity in, and lead teams through ambiguity.
- Ability to track and manage numerous, unrelated parallel activities.
- Ability to mobilize, encourage, influence, advocate for, and lead teams without direct authority.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to create, drive, and document repeatable processes and resources.
