Build and submit the seasonal sales plan, based on the fiscal year, to Top of Management.
Deploy, implement sales activities and take a main responsibility of sales achievement. Work with regional managers based on sales plans and set clear guidelines for implementation.
Monitor and evaluate result of market research, adjust sales strategy to meet customer demands and competition in the market, and obtain feedback from customers closely, and recommend to Top of Management. for appropriate actions where needed.
Collect information about competitors’ product, sales and promotion activities.
Gather market information, competitor information & crop trends related to bio and organic products for industrial farms, and organic crops.
Market segmentation, product positioning and product development planning.
Provide product characteristics, crop techniques, technical support related to the product as needed.
Check and update the content and design of product labels. The label must conform to Plant Protection Department regulations.
Control inventory of products in charge.
