Job Description

  • Working with our clients, project, and scrum teams develop solutions based on a detailed understanding of client requirements. The primary areas of focus would be in Customer Care, Billing, and Provisioning areas of business support.
  • Responsible for managing a scrum team of developers and quality assurance engineers.
  • Identifies and documents business rules, functional capabilities, and business events; relates business rules to the process model and develops an appropriate software configuration for the client.
  • Conducts gap analysis between current and to-be states; identifies gaps and defines and documents requirements to close gaps. Acts in a consultative role to customers on industry best practices.
  • Participates in the design of the application’s functional model and system architecture.
  • Identifies and reports risks throughout the life of the project and provides mitigation strategies for those risks.
  • Reviews quality assurance deliverables during the acceptance phase to ensure all requirements have been tested.
  • Prepares business proposals and presents the company's development capabilities to prospects and clients.
  • Acts as the team subject matter expert and coordinates with business partners when more outside information is needed.
  • Trains clients in the use of software particular to the clients’ operation.

Must to have:

  • Minimum 3 years experience as an analyst on full life project implementation efforts
  • Proven experience in understanding the problem domain and translating its requirements into the appropriate Information Technology solution using formal software engineering practices
  • Ability to define the problem domain in terms of business processes and business rules, and to analyze and document the requirements for functional capability
  • Effectively define the Software Configuration Management process for the configuration effort
  • Write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Fluency in English is required,

Nice to have:

  • The ability to work in the Atlassian suite of products like JIRA and Confluence is also a plus
  • Understanding of Agile environment and working knowledge of SDLC is a plus
  • Domain experience in ERP industry is preferable
  • Large scale integration projects and performance
  • Experience with continuous delivery and integration.
