Product Owner

Working time: Flexible working hour, normally is Monday - Friday (10am to 6pm)

Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Take ownership and be responsible for final delivery of products.
• Drive the execution of all product life-cycle processes for products, including product research, product ideation, product design, product development & product performance
• Communicate with key business stakeholders, UX, UR and other teams if applicable to come up with insights reports.
• Understand product use cases, illustrate product flow, user journey to have the right product proposal.
• Conduct UT with a design thinking mindset using appropriate wire-frame / prototype.
• Communicate and collaborate with the technical owner, development team to study feasibility for product design refinement.
• Work closely with the development team to come up with proper estimation and build respective product road-map.
• Translate product road-map into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by the engineering team.
• Work with Agile mindset, prioritize backlog to deliver the right features over sprints, ensuring continuous product delivery.
• Constantly communicate with key business stakeholders for fixing product issues, analyze and prioritize product improvements & backlog.

• At least 2-3 years of experience in Product Management and/or Product Development
• At least 2-3 years of experience in Mobile App industry is a MUST
• Start-up mindset is a MUST
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or design principle is a plus
• Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development life-cycle
• Highly effective cross-functional team management
• Previous experience delivering fine-tuned product marketing strategies
• Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public
• speaking skills
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
• Creative thinker with a vision
• Good in presentation, reporting & time management skills.
• Good in English communication skills (verbal and written)

• Salary: Negotiable + 13th NET Salary (review salary each year)
