Job Description

Collaborate with stakeholders to craft vision and concept development of a product
Take lead of scrum teams, defining product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities, communicating with stakeholders throughout the project
Work with internal and external contacts to analyze needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals
Work closely with product management/business teams to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI
Keep up with agile/scrum best practices and trends
Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure they’re clearly understood by the development teams
Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work aligns with product strategy
Actively mitigate roadblocks impacting successful team completion of release/sprint goals
Lead the product-release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities
Serve as the product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions related to the product

3+ years experience in product development for VPS and cloud server business
In-depth knowledge of agile process and principles
Understanding of business value around feature/functions
Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
Able to effectively manage conflicting stakeholder needs
Edition of documentation in a software development project
Fluent spoken English
Demonstrated technical writing skills (in english)
Ability to work effectively under pressure and loop in the required expertise as necessary

Basic or full-wage insurance (depend on employee)
12 days annual leave, and increase 2 more days after 1 year
2-month probation 85% salary
Working hour: Monday to Friday: From 8:30am - 8:30am + 8:00am (1 hour lunch break)
Salary review: every 6 months(at least 10% each time)
