Product Manager cum Product Owner (B2B )

- We have many side projects, mostly :

+ B2B software products (Target audience: marketing, developers)

+ Also a B2C platform (Industry: education)

We’re looking for the owner of the entire product life cycle and business outcome by working hands-on with various teams such as user experience, marketing, engineering.

• Capture, analyze and translate business requirements into technical specifications for the design & engineering teams to work on. You will inspire them with your product visions and help to steer the delivery of these features
• Project Management: work with CTO & dev team to handle features/bugs
• UX / Visual Design: Lead the product discovery process by working alongside with UI/UX designers to handle big UX problems
• Tests: Usability tests, basic frontend QA (testing product) to ensure high-quality Complete Product Experience is delivered
• Product Strategy: an in-depth understanding of markets, competition and user needs
• Product Launch: work with the marketing team to handle product launches
• Communicate closely with the cross-functional teams to ensure all the stakeholders and the teams responsible for the delivery are aligned and motivated!

• A track record of delivering world-class solutions to the market
• Entrepreneurial-mindset, ability to hustle, experience in end to end product management especially in a high-growth startup environment
• Analytical ability to bring clarity and focus to ambiguous situations
• Have at least 3 to 5 years of total experience working in a similar agile development environment
• Have managed product/development teams - at least 3 years experience
• Experience in Business to Business (B2B) product management (ideally B2B software or platform)
• Ability to capture & translate business requirements into technical specifications accurately, and bridge the gap between product management and engineering (development)
• Fluent English communication

Prefer:

• Background in software engineering and/or project management is preferred
• Experience building and shipping products from the ground up is a plus
• Experience in Growth Marketing or willingness to learn
