Job Description

  • Lead a team of Relationship Managers to achieve acquisition objectives.
  • Mentor and inspire team members to achieve their full potential in outperforming targets.
  • Lead, implement and drive initiatives, tactical and strategic goals.
  • Organize acquisition events to showcase Priority Banking value proposition and provide acquisition opportunities.
  • Ensure all campaign leads are actively followed up and fulfilled.
  • Ensure full compliance to onboarding guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Requirement

  • Minimum 2 years of sales/acquisition experience in the banking and financial services industry, preferably in the affluent, priority segment.
  • University degree.
  • Sound knowledge of affluent, priority segment banking products and services.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • An effective negotiator with relevant stakeholders; ability to influence and mold. environment for acquisition to thrive.
  • Ability to work independently, coupled with a dynamic creative persona.
