Job Description
- Conduct site surveys for proper network and electrical requirements.
- Consult with end uses on programming needs and feature sets required by the end user.
- Provide system analysis and programming, as well as training for projects assigned.
- Train customers and tutor coworkers on the use, programming and maintenance of the product.
- Perform the complete installation of a POS System.
- Perform Live Support (sometimes at night and over the weekend)
- Schedule and adjust your hours of work based on an ever-changing schedule.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years on POS system and web application
- Need to have knowledge of Windows 7/8/10/11/Server 2016 and above, Microsoft SQL, general
- PC experience, Networks, TCP/IP, as well as other software programs such as Crystal Reports, with spreadsheet/word processing a plus.
- Strong time-management skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, accountability, initiative, and ability to take ownership
- Work independently with minimal supervision and be able to handle at least 95% of all situations on your own
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Good at both writing and speaking in English
