Payment Solution Officer

- Researching and updating information regarding to all of the common and fast international payment solution (gateways, digital, e-wallet…) which can be applied to the Group international transactions;

- Looking for and working closely with consultants or directly with representatives of the payment solution companies in all of the countries that Group has operation to ensure the opening/maintaining of new bank accounts and other optimal payment methods are conducted on a timely basis;

- Processing the international transactions via all of the Group’s payment gateways (except banking).

- Seeking out solutions to optimize the fee which is coming from international transactions through banks and other payment gateways/methods.

- Weekly reporting to Finance Director the working progress (or daily report if there are any abnormal issues take place) and the timeline to accomplish the tasks.

- Other tasks assigned by line manager.

- Graduated from university with major Corporate Finance, Auditing, Accounting;

- Strong English skills (reading, speaking, writing and listening);

- Having at least 1 year of working experience in the same position

- Experience in digital payment solution is preferable.

- Ability to explore and research for new solution

- Familiar with international transactions;

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and computer skills;

- Desire to strive for excellence and continuous improvement, willing to research, learn and share new working methods;

- Ability to work cross-functionally, to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and to manage and prioritize multiple projects with tight deadlines.

- Working time: 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM from Monday to Friday;

- Paid 100% salary in 02 probation months;

- Give bonus on KPIs at year end.
