Job Description

  • Conduct transfer payment orders for company and investors
  • Process daily documentation including payment orders, loan drawdown, loan pay-off, time deposit documents and other documents
  • Monitor loan payment and time deposit maturity
  • Monitor interest rate change including loan interest and deposit interest
  • Monitor cashflows: including company’s cashflow and customers’ cashflows
  • Research for deposit, loan interest from other banks
  • Research products from other competiors
  • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly reports as request by BOM
  • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by line manager.
  • University graduated in Economics, Finance, Banking ... or relevant is an advantage;
  • Experience on working with position: Bank operation, teller, payment accountant;
  • Proficiency in office computer applications (Word, Excel and Power Point);
  • Good at English skill;
  • Have ability to work with IT resources such as databases and spreadsheets, for the collection and management of information;
  • Experience with banking software;
  • At least 2 years of experience in Finance & Banking or equivalent position;
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills for liaising with colleagues and other stakeholders;
  • High sense of responsibility;
  • Able to working under high pressure.
