Job Description

  • The Company is seeking a Operations Director in Ho Chi Minh City to take on a new start-up venture in continually optimizing an existing lifestyle concierge service business. 
  • The Operations Director is a collaborative leader who will identify, develop, and manage operational plans that will result in the growth of the business and its people. This individual is highly systematic, detail-oriented, with a strong background in product and operations.
  • Overseeing the daily business operations including but not limited to: client servicing, sourcing, purchasing, and payment transaction processes.
  • Manage, review and optimize systems including product & data information in order to make recommendations to the board on efficiency and growth. 
  • Developing and implementing operational plans for the company’s growth strategies.
  • Identify and analyze market opportunities and new revenue models through client request patterns and trends, also adjusting the operations as necessary. 
  • Lead with positive motivation, direction and insight while holding the team accountable for the attainment of operational goals, Service Level Agreements, and KPIs.
  • Constantly improve and develop new policies & procedures to provide training and development opportunities to team members.
  • Willing to work above and beyond the core responsibilities.

Requirement

Education & Experience/Certifications

  • Four-year college or university degree preferred.
  • Requires a track record of proven leadership success in team effectiveness, revenue or audience, product or operations.
  • At least five years of experience in a management position is preferred.

Skills & Abilities

  • Strong understanding of the local and foreign market customer segmentation for both B2B and B2C.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to assess and analyze data.
  • Proven ability to cultivate innovation, risk-taking and leading change.
  • An effective leader that demonstrates passion and enthusiasm for the company's mission.
  • Organize, motivate and supervise staff.
  • Communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
