- Define relevant consumers' insights and create impactful marketing strategy and plans to drive sales and corporate brand equity
- Develop relevant corporate marketing plan including creative PR/ Social Media/ Influencing Marketing/ Activation plans and lead the flawless execution with aligned KPIs
- Own and follow up detailed execution activity calendar with team
- Measure effectiveness versus agreed KPIs of all campaigns/activities and proactively propose improvement plans where needed across key communication channels
- Manage assigned A&P budget with clear ROI measurement
- Conduct market research on consumer behaviors, especially on social behaviors, keep up with consumer trends and competitors' activities to propose impactful and viral localized campaigns on dynamic social environment
- Develop, coach and grow high performing expertise teams (social, PR, content & KOL, Activation)
- Work with internal brand teams to provide marketing services: digital (content, media, social management), KOL, PR, Activation & others (if relevant)
