Description
- Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly;
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary;
- Support departments, BOD in welcoming visitors and make the meeting room arrangements;
- Develop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately;
- Handle office layout planning and office moves, and with managing and maintaining IT devices & budget;
- Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements;
- Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports;
- In charge of company activities including monthly party, birthday party, quarterly meeting, YEP, company trip, team building, etc.
- Take lead in culture activities: employee engagement activities or events to connect the team; preparation for welcoming new team members, etc.
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager
- At least 4 years of work experience in an administrative/office management role
- People - oriented and self- started and driven, willing to go extra mile to fulfill the duties
- Must have exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google products
- Good command of English is an advantage
