Job Description
- Define new process and write down document for NOC L1;
- Provide support/training/guideline for the process the team developed to NOC L1;
- In-hand to fix, recovery system;
- Daily maintenance;
- Troubleshooting assigned issues from NOC L1;
- On-call during night, weekend and holidays when needed;
- Develop/improve tools, technical processes, etc. to save time for NOC L1 team;
- Follow the training plan, gain the certificates to serve the work.
- Time: 14h-22h Mon-Fri
- English TOEIC 800 or equivalent. French is a plus;
- Should be a NOC senior with technical ability and orienting to OPS team;
- +3 years working experiences with 1 year specific at least in 1 or the field including systems engineering, software engineering, operating systems programming, or system architecture OR +1 year working experiences at NOC L1 senior position;
- Self-motivated with ability to work with team members to identify and resolve issues;
- Be willing to participate and take certification under company requests;
- Experience and knowledge on maintenance under operational condition;
- Certificates: at least 2 of the certificates: AWS cloud practitioner, VMware, NSE, CCNA, CCNP, Linux, MCSA
