Job Description

  • Create job descriptions for the open positions
  • Elaborate attractive job postings/job offers according to the medium where they will be posted.
  • Research Facebook/LinkedIn and other social media platforms looking for relevant groups and pages where to post job offers.
  • Send messages, texts or calling key professionals in the garment sector looking for recommendations or advice on where to find candidates for the open positions in the Company
  • Actively maintain the Company Facebook profile making it attractive to possible candidates and engaging in communication with other users in the page
  • Job postings in specialized websites
  • Keep active communication with possible candidates through phone calls, Zalo, WhatsApp or other communication channels
  • Perform telephone interviews and screenings of candidate
  • Assist management in interviews, including the preparation of questions and devising tests
  • Maintain a polite and enthusiastic attitude in all communications with everyone

Requirement

  • College / Bachelor degree
  • Experience recruiting in the garment industry at least 1 year
  • Basic English skills
