Job Description
- Be responsible in the development Products by CEO or line manager requirement/ arrangement.
- Research, analyze and evaluate the market/ competitors to identify customer’s needs and product/range opportunities.
- Manage suppliers, negotiate of trading terms, rebates.
- Be responsible in first order of new products and connect with store to control stock/ inventory/ full display
- Ensure that the Pricing Strategy is fully in place and understood by Suppliers.
- Be responsible for Target Sales, Margin, Rebates, Manage Purchase/ Sales/ Inventory inside Division/Department.
- Manage the performance of a defined category assortment plan effectively in terms of pricing, promotion, products assortment, quality of products, planning and allocation.
- Work out sales and promotion plan, event plan and solve merchandiser problem.
- Re-assess sku/item performance on a regular basis to identify and deal with any old stock.
- Complete job and work with Marketing/ Planogram team by Merchandise Manager requirement.
- Ensure clear communication and understanding to Operations of any action taken that impact on the Customer or Stores.
- Maintain effective internal communications channel particularly with other Merchandise team, operations, sales & marketing, logistic and other functions within the organization.
- Perform all necessary information and documentation is passed to supporting staff, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed in a timely and professional/proper manner.
- Perform other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
- At least 1 year of working experience in retail business. Knowledge of Retail/Ecommerce Industry and merchandising job.
- University degree, preferably in Economics, Business Management or related subjects.
- Customer-focused, show the passion of the merchandise career and create, develop new products at market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-disciplined with ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Strong analytical ability, good in data/ figures and reports.
- Abilities to use computer, office programs and database
- Fluency in Vietnamese and English (both written and oral), Korean is advantageous.
