Job Description
- Lead team to develop annual strategic marketing plans.
- Manage and develop Digital marketing strategy based on a solid grasp of analysis and research concepts, focusing on growing traffic, and maximizing conversion.
- Responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships among business partners while developing strategies to support business growth.
- Proactively coordinating with multiple stakeholders to assure excellent execution, adhering strictly to brand guidelines to deliver brand consistency in digital communication.
- Demonstrate superior technical expertise, preferred in performance marketing, and organizational capabilities in project and campaign management.
- Managing & executing digital campaigns on all digital platforms, including but not limited to: Display, Video, Social, Search (SEO), Media Data, Real Time Dashboard, Content, Creative at an advanced level with fast speed.
- Plan digital marketing campaigns for monthly platform campaigns to achieve traffic and sales targets.
- Liaise with partners to solve issues, and communicate needs.
- Control and monitor marketing budget.
- Lead Marketing team members to work under the overall.
- Bachelor’s degree. University degree in Economics, Marketing, or Business Management.
- Fundamental knowledge of brand management, advertising, and media communications.
- At least 5 years’ experience in Marketing. Ecommerce experience preferred.
- Strategic and critical thinking.
- Experience in analyzing data and trends. Understanding market demands and consumers well.
- Experience in search ads, display ads, remarketing, analytics, and performance marketing. Experience setting up Facebook pixels and extensive knowledge of Google ads solutions.
- Strong experience in using Analytics Tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
- Experience in event planning and management.
- Experience driving growth.
- Experience in team management. Ability to coach/ mentor team members.
- Active, responsive, open-minded, optimistic, and creative thinking.
- Ability to work under high pressure.
- Fluent in MS Office.
- Fluent in English in writing and communication.
- Ability and desire to work with big data & numbers.
- Results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
- Ability and desire to work with big data & numbers. Strong Excel skills (SQL, Python, Power Pivot will be a big plus).
