- Product Developments:

•  Improve the current products quality and designs, portfolio by doing 5C analysis then co-working with Marketing Director & Factory Director to enhance our sales and market share.
• Develop new products by making new product concept and design, smart price-setting, managing new product launching development processing closely with related departments, estimating new product sales forecast & marketing campaign for successful launching.
• Co-Work with sales division to do PDC for sales and trade activities especially trade promotion across market channels.

- Brand Awareness and Equity :

• Develop & Execute effective digital marketing plans with Website, Fan pages, Facebook Ads… to increase brand awareness
• Work closely with Sales division to utilize all below the line activities prioritised for Modern Trade Channel such as: In store merchandising, POSMs….
• Build up the E-commerce customers, aligned to the overall Commercial Plan

• Male/Female, age from 25-35 years old. University graduated, major in Marketing, Business.
• Must have: at least 3 years as Marketer in FMCG (Non - Food) Companies, especially in Body Care/ Oral Care.
• Positive thinking, Creative and Challenging spirit.
• Excellent in analytical (data based) and presentation skill.
• Strong in English and Microsoft Office. Photoshop & Corel applying is preferred
