Job Description

  • Participate in identifying the need of the company and its business functions to develop a suitable talent pipeline.
  • Participate in designing and implementing employee development programs and roadmaps for different job functions and levels.
  • Participate in developing and introducing effective performance management practices to ensure individual and team productivity, identify the need for training and development.
  • Participate in designing and running projects to attract, develop and retain top talents for the company.
  • Participating in creating and delivering succession planning to ensure the company has the right leaders in place.
  • Prepare and implement training budget, maintain records and reports of expenses.

Requirement

  • 3-5 years of experience in HR, Talent Management, Organization Development.
  • Experience in developing and/or implementing talent management practices.
  • Excellent analytical and structure thinking skill.
  • Strong oral and written communication skill in both Vietnamese and English.
  • Pro-active and result-oriented personality.
  • Willing to learn and adapt.
