Job Description
- Lead the requirements analysis with the digital media team and product owner(s) to translate the business needs into a set of prioritized technical requirements.
- Lead requirements validation activities with the developers to conform to the project that a solution based on the requirements meets customer needs and achieves the intended business objectives.
- Investigate, record, analyze, and confirm system requirements and business processes.
- Negotiate acceptance criteria with the digital media team and product owner(s).
- Produce high quality and concise requirements and design documents that accurately reflect the business requirements and can be clearly understood by internal or external Solution Developers.
- Develop team’s expertise in Digital Marketing channel such as Google Adwords, Facebook Ads….
- Manage and improve optimization program and system.
- Be responsible for the team’s KPI (revenue, profit) and client KPI’s (CPO, ROI,…).
- Minimum 1-year experience in Digital Marketing.
- Experience in UML design, data modeling, and user stories.
- Have a deep passion for technology and aim to become a product manager.
- Proven ability in typical business analyst skills such as requirements engineering, business process analysis, and modeling techniques.
- Effective verbal and spoken communication skills.
