• Negotiate and collaborate with Japanese clients to define project requirements.
• Exchange, report, and communicate between the Vietnamese development team and Japanese clients.
• Provide support to the development team when necessary and handle project-related tasks as requested.
• Support the Chief Technology Officer in pricing, and technical proposal submissions.
• Provide general support for other tasks of Project Managers and Project Leaders.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in any programming language.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in communicating with Japanese clients.
• Minimum 2 years of project management experience.
• Japanese N2 or above (fluent communication skills).
• Quick learner, proactive, with a high sense of responsibility at work.

Desired Skills:

• Experience working directly with Japanese clients.
