freeC - a start-up for AI Recruiting platform from Japan, we were recently funded by PERSOL Asia Pacific - with visions and missions to help talents to discover careers they love and to help organizations hire the most passionate and suitable talents to achieve their own business and missions by our technology.

With our development in AI, this technology automatically suggests jobs that best fit each profile, helping candidates save time looking for jobs. And we help consultants to search and screen profiles to recommend candidates to clients. We are pursuing to eliminate 70% of recruiting jobs by AI, and consultants can focus more on professional works which AI, Technology cannot do.

• At this moment, we are looking for a Recruitment Consultant in IT Industry (ALL LEVELS) to join our team, on a daily basis, the key responsibilities include:
• Work with client companies, find out about their business, their culture, their current and future recruitment needs, and to develop a loyal business relationship with them
• Source suitable candidates and brief them on the opportunities offered by the client
• Manage the process through interview to offer stage and beyond
• Offer CV, interview and general career advice - Organize interviews for candidates as requested by the client

• Available experience in an Internal Recruitment/ Headhunt Service Company in IT industry
• Local Vietnamese with minimum a bachelor degree
• Advanced written and spoken English (is a plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, out-going, flexible
• Established ability to deal with people of different backgrounds and levels

• Salary: base salary (can negotiable) + competitive incentive based on KPI
