RECRUITMENT
Create candidate pools through different recruiting activities, via job portals, universities, media channels, etc.;
Shortlist the suitable, qualified candidates for interviews and follow up the process;
Manage and record all candidates database;
Build up a wide HR network;
Collaborate in the development of strategy and best practices aiming at efficient hiring for technical positions as well as positions requiring specific competencies;
Actively propose and implement ideas or actions to improve the process, and to meet targets both in terms of number and quality;
Perform reference and background checks as needed;
TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
Coordinate in the guild activities training session;
Involve and monitor the career development plan for employees;
Supporting candidates on team's culture-fit from the date they join until the end of probation;
Undertake tasks in performance management;
Must-have Requirements:
+1 year working experience in IT recruiting;
Good insights of talent acquisition and practices;
Overall understanding of HR-related functions;
General knowledge of the IT industry;
Expertise in and smart command of various recruitment channels, social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, and others) for recruitment and talent acquisition targets;
