  • Working Location: Ho Chi Minh, District 1
  • Number of vacancies: 2 Junior, 2 Senior
  • Salary: Attractive Salary Package based on Performance, KPI Bonus , Allowance, 13th-month salary

  • Level: Junior, Senior


  • Create candidate pools through different recruiting activities, via job portals, universities, media channels, etc.;
  • Shortlist the suitable, qualified candidates for interviews and follow up the process;
  • Manage and record all candidates database;
  • Build up a wide HR network;
  • Collaborate in the development of strategy and best practices aiming at efficient hiring for technical positions as well as positions requiring specific competencies;
  • Actively propose and implement ideas or actions to improve the process, and to meet targets both in terms of number and quality;
  • Perform reference and background checks as needed;


  • Coordinate in the guild activities training session;
  • Involve and monitor the career development plan for employees;
  • Supporting candidates on team's culture-fit from the date they join until the end of probation;
  • Undertake tasks in performance management;

Yêu cầu

Must-have Requirements:

  • +1 year working experience in IT recruiting;
  • Good insights of talent acquisition and practices;
  • Overall understanding of HR-related functions;
  • General knowledge of the IT industry;
  • Expertise in and smart command of various recruitment channels, social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, and others) for recruitment and talent acquisition targets;
  • Strong recruiting skills (creating job description, sourcing and selecting candidates, hunting talents, convincing passive candidates, interviewing, negotiating offers...);
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or Candidate Management Systems (CMS);
  • A wide recruitment network/ data;
  • Sense of responsibility, result-orientation;
  • A can-do attitude and team spirit;
  • Willing to take more responsibilities;
  • Cheerful and honest person.

Prefer Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources or related fields.
  • Background as IT Headhunter aiming to Recruitment Specialist.

  • HRD, IT Recruitment Lead
