Job Description

Be responsible for translation, interpretation and communication.
Analyze requirements from Japan R&D team and transfer them to Vietnam developers.
Lead the collaboration by communicating with customer support and sales members in Japan.
Can be developed to be BrSE.
Other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Japanese skill: N2 or above.
English communication skill at basic level.
Good understanding of software development process: Scrum, Kanban is a plus.
Having basic Tech background or IT communicator experience is a plus.
Good communication skill and awareness of team work.

Benefits

Salary: $500 - $1500 depending on experience/skill.
Working hour: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. (1 hour lunch break) from Monday to Friday.
12 days Annual Leave + 1 Birthday leave.

Salary review twice per year/Half-year bonus.
