Receive requests & feedback of users, do investigation, update documents and share knowledge to other teams to make improvements of an innovative solution for the pharmaceutical market.

Daily operation contains (but not limited):

• Take charge of incidents and requests, process and monitor them until they are completed
• Analyse the root causes of interrupted services
• Update technical documents
• Share knowledge to devs & QC teams
• Meeting with the team to decide & assign task
• Brainstorming how to improve UI/UX of the systems, how to make users happy or improve the performance of operation departments
• Coordinate with other teams to collect requirements & feedback
• Training users to use new features; monitor until users use them completely smooth.

• Fast learning & fast problem-solving is a must
• Must be very eager to contribute not only to tech systems but also to the business & success of the company
• Experienced with programming
• Basic knowledge of computer science
• Good knowledge of cloud services, micro-services, network, APIs, popular DB & DBMS
• Experienced with Jira & Confluence is a plus
