- Actively involve in the entire investment process: from deal sourcing to investment execution and post-investment value creation.

- Actively attend events, be the front-end person to reach out to the startup communities and build meaningful relationships with deal sources.

- Analyze investment opportunities, provide detailed due diligence and evaluate products, people, business models, unit economics and market conditions.

- Prepare and present, both written and verbally, investment cases to the wider investment committee.

- Monitor fund investments and support the founders on operational needs.

- 3+ years of investment-relevant work experience, venture capital preferable, in a fast-paced

work environment, with a demonstrable investment history.

- Strong familiarity with the Vietnamese and Southeast Asian tech start-up ecosystem.

- A passion for start-ups, investing, and technology, especially blockchain.

- Regularly articulating technology and investments opinions (e.g., posts on social media).

- Good writing/presentation abilities in both Vietnamese and English.

- Willing to work beyond regular hours.
