• Take responsibility for projects and design work, and be accessible to assist and guide designers to guarantee that the design is understood correctly before, during, and after handoff.
• Prioritize the overall design needs by collaborating with the leaders in product, research, and technology.
• Examine and take part in the research and analytics teams' qualitative and quantitative user research insights to identify areas for development.
• Support product team in establishing key user journeys and experiences as well as functional needs from a design perspective.
• Delivering design work to business stakeholders and offering guidance on best practices for experience design.
• Create action plans that support professional growth and career advancement, and give advice, assistance, and regular performance assessments.
• Efficiently manage your time to meet deadlines and stay within budget.

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in the field of Interaction Design, User Experience, or User Interface, particularly focusing on mobile platforms.
• Experience in using Sketch, Figma, and Zeplin.
• In-depth knowledge of Design Systems and reusable patterns.
• Proficient in building designs suitable for responsive and mobile environments.
• Experience in effective communication with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Frontend teams, SEO, and Analytics.
• Strong portfolio, including relevant examples of UI and UX successes.
• Confident in storytelling while delivering optimal solutions for users.
• Outstanding presenting and verbal communication skills.
• Work collaboratively with others to achieve a common goal and able to take constructive criticism well.
• Good English communication.
