- Conduct online/offline sessions at Axcela or at the client site;

- Motivate students to practice on DynEd (American listening and speaking practice software) via phone/ Skype;

- Assure each student achieves their DynEd goal-practice time per week and quality of practice;

- Work closely with the Academic Team and Coaches to complete admin work from the start of a class to the closing of a class: Orientation, schedule coach for class, Summarize and generate the weekly report, track student progress, Campaign…

- Supporting and solving student’s feedback;

- Required to practice on the DynEd in the first 2 months: 8 hours/week;

Other related tasks are assigned by the manager.

- College/University degree;

- Proficiency in MS Office, Powerpoint;

- Shift working is required;

- DynEd Entry level: 2.5+ (CEFR B2+) (to be tested during the interview round)
