+ Recruitment 50%

- Coordinate and work with hiring team on recruitment needs and plan.;

- Prepare and post job ads, sourcing candidates and execute the recruitment and selection process & ensure the quality of people recruited in the area assigned.;

- Design and implement Email contents, Facebook recruitment contents...Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates, manage and develop recruitment fan page.

- Deliver writer’s test to candidates and quality control.

- Deal pay-rate with candidates in accordance with company policy and budget.

- Preparing contracts, offer letters and Job Description.

- Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates.

- Update recruitment database and develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need - Review, evaluate and recommend sources of candidates.

- Employer branding (events, fan pages, programs, work with newspapers, universities, colleges, training centers, and HR consultants. And etc)

- Review and conduct orientation, on-boarding programs for new employees - Perform related duties and special projects as assigned by the supervisor and / or manager.

+ C&B & policy 50%

- Checking & manager C&B team, Especial KPI manage.

- PIT checking & summery the data to prepare for finalization.

- Join to building the HR policy & process

- Checking all the report before submit to HRM to approval.

- Other duties assigned by department manager.

- Education: Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management…;

- Minimum 2 years of experience in the similar position; Work related skills

- Candidate sourcing and relationship building skills

- Excellent communication and interviewing skills

- Database management and record keeping.

- Computer literate, especially with Internet Explorer, MSWord, MS PowerPoint.

- Excellent at English & Vietnamese both written and verbal communication.
