Job Description

Recruitment and on-boarding

  • Responsible for scheduling new hires’ training, creating company policies and processing employment documents.
  • Support new employees adjust to their work environment while making sure our hiring procedures comply with labor laws Source potential candidates through referrals, networking, internet searches, communities, etc;
  • Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges, and other partners Search for and enforce new sourcing methods to find job candidates
  • Manage the hiring process including smooth on-boarding and successful integration into the team
  • Manage and prepare contracts for all employees, including outsourced and freelance services

Employee relation management

  • Ensure employment policies and practices comply with relevant employment regulations
  • Serve as the point of contact on fundamental HR issues and questions
  • Iplement and support monitoring of employees’ satisfaction rates
  • Drive, influence, advise and support the cultural and people aspects of organizational change, structures, people process, and business improvement initiatives in order to improve business efficiency and people management allowing for planned growth
  • Provide guidance and counsel to employees on employee relations issues and workplace practices

Working with Management Assistant

  • Organization of internal team building and holidays
  • Assistance to expatriates in terms of ensuring relevant documentation are up to date.
  • Assist with visas, permits where requested
  • Responsible for smooth running of expatriate benefits (car/driver, health insurance, housing/landlords)

Human Resources Policies and Procedures

  • Maintain, update, and improve HR policies, procedures written property with the labor regulations
  • Ensures that all employees are properly orientated to have a general understanding of the Company's basic policies and regulations as well as compliance with government legislation


  • Manages, leads and develops the C&B Team Develops the successor (the high potential C&B Specialist)
  • Assist in monthly payroll processing, performance appraisals exercise, annual performance, and salary review exercise
  • Responsible for job analysis and evaluation, salary administration, analyzing compensation surveys and obtaining all necessary information to prepare compensation proposal
  • Designs the set of different compensation and benefits policies.

  • Good working knowledge of labor/employment regulations & HR practices & policies in Vietnam
  • Bachelor’s degree holder in Human Resource Management or other related business field At least 5 years of experience in HR manager at a foreign company, manufacturing facility
  • Understanding of Labor Legislation Fluent in English and Vietnamese (both oral and written)
  • Excellent communication with the ability to communicate with all levels of staff and management
  • Perfect in MS office, Cadena, Concur, ERP Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Well organized, proactive with a positive attitude


  • Salary: Negotiation
  • Working hours: Office (HCM): from Monday to Friday (8:00 am to 4:30pm)
